At all Sammitr service centers, customers are warmly received by our service unit and customer service staff. Problems will be solved quickly without compromising integrity of the solution. Our competent personnel have been well trained in both theory and practice. The customer relations unit has been organized to coordinate between customers and various units withiin “Sammitr Motors.” The unit accepts issues and suggestions that customers raise and then coordinates and monitors until customers are satisfied.
