At Sammitr we produce both single and progressive dies; both of which have been awarded ISO9001: 2000 certification. Recently? We have rolled-out 18 Mercedes C Class sedans each month for distribution in both Thailand and overseas.
The company designs and produces fixtures used in holding pressed parts when assembling automobile bodies. We have been producing assembly jigs and checking fixtures for more than 20 years. Our checking fixtures, both normal and automatic, are controlled by hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
We produce important pressed parts for the production of automobile bodies and chassis. Our customers include automobile assemblers and part producers. Our pressed parts are 0.6 – 6 mm. thick. Hot-rolled steel is used for the production of large parts, whilst cold-rolled steel is used for smaller parts which require smooth surfaces and more refined looks.
We are the only producer in the world who makes steel canopies for pick-up trucks. These are produced from metal sheet coated with a 0.8 mm. thick anti-rust treatment and uses a similar paint technology to that employed within the automobile assembly industry. Our canopies are known for their strength, durability, low weight, safety, elegance and environmental friendliness. We also sell pick-up truck accessories, such as spoilers, wiper blades, roof screens, and air-conditioning systems, under the “Sammitr” brand.
